Free Youth Cooking Camp Open to Chestermere, Langdon & Strathmore Youth
Teens can sharpen their cooking skills this summer at a free four-week Youth Cooking Camp hosted by Trellis Society. Designed for ages 12 to 16, the program combines hands-on cooking with practical life skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Participants will learn kitchen safety, food preparation, healthy meal-making and food safety basics, while also exploring mental health awareness and positive coping strategies.

More than 50 girls ages 8–14 attended the Go Girl event on May 15 at the Calgary Yacht Club, featuring sailing, wellness workshops, team building, and outdoor activities.
