The SE Rocky View Food Bank provides hampers to individuals and families in Indus, Langdon, and surrounding rural areas. They need volunteers to assist with transporting and sorting. They are also always in need of donations. For more information please email them.

Starts September 2025. Looking to help youth in grades 4 - 12? Come volunteer at The Drop for our Homework Helpers program on Wednesdays from 6 -  8pm. South Central Adult Learning Society (Chestermere) is looking for volunteer tutors to provide one-to-one ongoing instructional support and encouragement to adult learners wanting to improve their literature, numeracy, digital skills and/or English language skills.

Volunteering to work with adult learners is an opportunity for people to make a lasting difference in an adult's life and thereby their family and community. Working with adult learners is a tremendously rewarding experience.
