Free Parent & Caregiver Programs in Chestermere This Winter

Parent and Caregiver Support Services (PCSS), formerly known as Parent Link in Chestermere, is here to support you and your family in building meaningful connections. Join their free programs designed for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–13 years. PCSS is part of the Chestermere-Strathmore Family Resource Network (FRN).

Little Explorers: From creative arts to interactive games, each session targets key growth areas, making learning an exciting adventure every time you visit. Come explore and grow with us! This is a free, drop-in program.

  • When: Mondays January 12 to March 30th, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

  • Where: Chestermere Rec Centre, 201 W Chestermere Dr

Breathe & Bloom: In collaboration with Harmony Health & Fitness, is a free two-part wellness experience designed for caregivers to refill their own cups through meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, and journaling. Together, we’ll create personalized self-care resources and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow caregivers - building connection, resilience, and renewal. When you feel replenished, you can show up more fully for the ones you love. To register, please email. There are limited spots available.

Parent Cafe: Looking for a welcoming space to connect with other parents and families? The Parent Café is your opportunity to build relationships, share experiences, and gain valuable insights, all in a relaxed, supportive environment. This is a free, drop-in program.

  • When: January 15th & 29th from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
