Free Virtual Parenting Program Helps Caregivers Build Stronger Connections with Young Children

The Circle of Security Parenting Program is a free, evidence-based program designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 0–6. Over seven weeks, participants learn more about children’s emotional needs, how to build secure connections, and ways to better respond to challenging behaviours without feeling like you’re constantly winging it on three hours of sleep and leftover dinosaur nuggets.

The virtual program runs Tuesdays from June 9 to July 28 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., with no class on June 30.

Organizers say the program focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship while supporting healthy emotional development in early childhood.

To register, contact nponce@growwithtrellis.ca or call 403-991-5653. Virtual access details will be provided after registration.
