Serve It Up This Summer: Tennis Camps Return to Langdon in 2026
Looking for something active, local, and screen-free this summer? The Langdon Community Association is bringing back its popular tennis camps, and it’s a solid option for kids, teens, and even adults who want to get out on the court.
Two week-long camps are on the schedule for 2026:
July 6 to 10, 2026
August 10 to 14, 2026
Each camp runs Monday to Friday at the Langdon Park tennis courts, with sessions grouped by age. Whether your kid is picking up a racquet for the first time or already has a decent serve, the focus is on building skills, staying active, and having a good time. No Wimbledon pressure here.
Coaches keep things fun and approachable, and it’s a great way for kids to meet others in the community without it feeling like another “structured activity.”
Daily Camp Times
July Camp (afternoons):
Ages 3 to 5: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Ages 6 to 8: 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Ages 9 to 12: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Ages 13 to 16: 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Ages 17+: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
August Camp (mornings and early afternoon):
Ages 3 to 5: 9:00 am to 10:00 am
Ages 6 to 8: 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Ages 9 to 12: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Ages 13 to 16: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Ages 17+: 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Racquets are available to borrow if needed, so you don’t have to commit to a full tennis setup just to try it out.
Spots are limited and tend to fill up quickly. If there’s enough demand, additional weeks may be added, but no promises, so it’s worth registering early.
There’s also a small perk if you’re planning to stick around Langdon for more community programs. An LCA membership is $5 per year and gets you 10% off registration for the whole family, which pays for itself pretty fast.
All participants will need to sign a liability waiver before the camp starts, and details on payment and confirmation will be sent after registering.
If your summer plans could use a little more fresh air and a little less “what are we doing today,” this one’s an easy win.
