Finding Your Village: Bundles of Support for New Moms

Becoming a mom is a big deal. It’s beautiful, exhausting, and sometimes a little lonely, but it doesn’t have to be. Bundles of Support is a free, drop-in postpartum group created to help new moms connect, share, and feel supported through those early months of motherhood.

Each week features a guest speaker offering practical tools and insights on everything from sleep routines to self-care. But just as important, it’s a warm, welcoming space where moms can swap stories, share laughs, and build friendships that make the journey a little easier.

Whether you’re running on caffeine, baby snuggles, or sheer determination, Bundles of Support is a reminder that you’re not in this alone. Come for the conversation, stay for the community, and find your village right here.

The program runs on Wednesdays on November 5, 12, 19 and 26, from 10:30 to 11:30 am at the Calgary Yacht Club (635 E Chestermere Drive). For more information, please email pcssinfo@chestermere.ca.
