What is a Trunk or treat?

October 19, 2025, marks the 8th year for the Chestermere Trunk or Treat.

What is a Trunk-or-Treat? Instead of going door-to-door, children go from car to car to get treats. Vehicles sponsored by local businesses and organizations gather in the parking lot and hand out treats from their decorated car trunks to children in costume. Hosted in conjunction with the Chestermere Public Library’s Pumpkin Palooza.

2025 Participating Trunks:

  • Little Lake Locals

  • Bow Mitsubishi

  • Summit Start - Chestermere

  • Spoonful of Magic Travel

  • Chestermere Food Bank
