What’s the Children’s Festival?

The Chestermere Children’s Festival is a full day of hands-on fun where kids get to jump in and try things, not just watch.

Families can explore hands-on Explorer Stations, face painting, a petting zoo, interactive games, and immersive storytelling. You’ll also find kid-friendly vendors and food trucks on site, so it’s easy to make a full day of it.

It’s all about movement, creativity, and letting kids be kids, while parents discover local programs and organizations at the same time.

Explorer Stations

This is where most of the action happens. Local businesses, clubs, and non-profits host hands-on stations where kids can create, experiment, move, and play. Each station is easy to jump into, with no pressure to stay long. Just explore at your own pace and see what grabs their attention. Explorer Stations are hosted by:
