Looking for positive, engaging programs for your tween or teen this fall? Synergy has a full lineup of free programs designed to give youth a safe, inclusive place to connect, learn, and grow. From mentorship to leadership opportunities, here’s what’s available for Fall 2025.
Teen SHOUT – Ages 13+ (Chestermere)
Mondays | 5:00 – 6:30 PM
Centre for Community Leadership
#101-340 Merganser Drive W, Chestermere
Cost: FREE
Teen SHOUT is a welcoming space for teens aged 13 and older. Each week, youth can connect with peers, enjoy snacks, and engage in meaningful conversations. Positive mentors guide discussions on:
Healthy relationships
Current events and social issues
Social media trends
Stress and anxiety management
The goal is to support personal growth while helping teens explore their strengths and interests.

SHOUT Girls – Ages 10–12 (Langdon)
Wednesdays | 7:00 – 8:30 PM
Qualico Resource Centre

SHOUT Girls in Langdon is a fun, supportive space for pre-teens to hang out, make new friends, and build connections with mentors. Weekly activities focus on:
Building confidence
Managing stress and anxiety
Exploring new interests
Developing individual strengths
And yes—snacks are always included!

SERVE Leadership is perfect for motivated youth who want to step up as leaders in their community. Teens can:
Earn volunteer hours
Work toward a City of Calgary LEAD Certificate
Build leadership skills and life experience
