FREE Kindergarten Readiness Event Helps Little Learners Start School with Confidence

Looking for a free way to help your child feel ready for Kindergarten? This hands-on event gives families a fun, practical preview of what a real classroom experience is like. Registration is required, but there is no cost to attend.

Set your child up for success in the school year with interactive learning stations designed to mirror common Kindergarten activities. Kids explore, play, and practise new skills while parents get helpful information and resources to support the transition to school. Snacks and door prizes are included.

While children move through the learning stations, parents can connect with local experts to learn about:

• When, where, and how to register for Kindergarten
• Ways to prepare your child for the transition
• Take-home readiness resources and activities

Families are asked to register for one of three session times, but you are welcome to arrive early or stay after your scheduled slot.

Session times: 10:15 am (limited availability), 11:15 am, 12:15 pm
