Find Your Calm at the "Home Base" Workshop – Free Event for Teens

Credit: Synergy

Does your teen ever feel overwhelmed, stressed out, or unsure how to handle life’s curveballs? Teen SHOUT is hosting Home Base, a free, hands-on workshop designed to help youth 13+ build real-life skills to manage anxiety, triggers, and emotional overload.

  • Monday, May 26, 5:00 – 6:30 PM

  • Lifepath Centre for Community Leadership (101, 340 Merganser Drive West)

  • Free snacks included

Led by a registered counsellor, this session creates a safe and supportive space for teens to talk about what sets them off, what helps them cope, and how they can feel more in control of their day-to-day. Think of it as emotional first aid—with food.

Space is limited and registration is required, so grab a spot before it fills up!
