Celebrate Culture and Community at Chestermere’s Multicultural Fashion Show
Chestermere is rolling out the runway, and everyone’s invited.
On Saturday, January 24, from 1 to 3 p.m., the Chestermere Rec Centre’s MPP Room will be filled with colour, culture, and community pride during the Multicultural Fashion Show. This welcoming afternoon is all about connecting our community through cultural fashion and celebrating the diversity that makes Chestermere such a great place to live.
Friends, neighbours, and local families will take the stage wearing traditional clothing that reflects their heritage, turning the runway into a moving snapshot of the cultures that shape our city. Along with the fashion show, attendees can enjoy cultural entertainment, browse resource booths, and stick around for some great door prizes.
At its heart, this event is about honouring and embracing the many cultures that call Chestermere home. It’s a chance to learn, celebrate, and support one another in a warm, inclusive space. Whether you’re coming to cheer on someone you know or simply to experience something new, you’ll feel right at home.
Presented by the Cultural Events Sub-Committee, this event reflects their ongoing work to build meaningful connections and support positive mental health across the community. Mark your calendar, bring a friend, and come celebrate the stories, styles, and shared spirit of Chestermere.
