From hockey and skating to dance, martial arts, music, coding, leadership programs and more, there are plenty of ways for kids to stay active, learn something new, build confidence and connect with others close to home.
When we asked some of the local Kindergarten teachers what they hope to see in their students coming into Kindergarten they all said strong independence/self-help skills. In a preschool classroom with 24 kids and two teachers, we ask that all the kids at least TRY to put on their own outdoor gear.
